📅 Cancellation Policy
- Appointments may be cancelled online or by calling us at the location where you made the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Please respect our time as we will do the same.
- Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
- Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
- Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply.
- Late cancels (within 24 hours from your appointment) will be charged 50% of the service(s) cost.
- Should the client be 15 minutes late or more and the service can’t be completed within the remaining time allowed, the client will be required to pay for their full service.
- No Shows will be charged the full service(s) cost.
🎁 Gift Card Policy
- Gift card(s), once purchased, are not refundable.
- All gift card sales are final.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
