Spa Policies

Booking & Appointments

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. A card on file or deposit may be required for certain services and group bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service price so we can fairly compensate our team.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to respect the next guest's appointment.

Refunds

Services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please tell us within 7 days and we will do everything we can to make it right, including complimentary adjustments where appropriate. Gift cards and eGift cards are non-refundable and never expire.

Health & Safety

Please disclose any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, or recent treatments before your service. Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or with certain medications. Your safety always comes first.

Children & Guests

For everyone's relaxation and safety, we ask that children only accompany you when receiving a Kids Spa service. Additional guests are welcome in our waiting area.
